I am lazy so I am not swapping journals right now.

1. The rounds are things like "kidnap this person/protect this person from being kidnapped", "rob the bank/keep the bank from being robbed" so only one team can win, and there's really only one "condition" that needs to be met: the person or goods in question must be delivered to the set coordinates by the end of the round, or (if it's slightly more nebulous, like "derail the train at these coordinates"), the goal in question must have been completed. How the PCs complete those goals may be suggested, but is not necessarily set in stone. Technically, the PCs could just flounce off and not work towards their goal at all. This will probably result in some kind of punishment, but they could do it.

2. Yes! Depending on how many PCs we wind up actually GETTING, there will always be a few just hanging around in Midpoint or Tycoon Depot or something, either keeping to themselves or watching the proceedings. They are highly discouraged from participating, in the form of lost points or time spent in the Bad Jail, but they can if they really want to.

2a. Absolutely.

2.a.a. I'm trying to keep my terminology straight, but I keep messing it up, in part because I wrote all the stuff here in like one night :B Characters in the game are ICly "players" and OOCly "PCs", while us out here are in fact "muns". This may change if it gets too confusing. Characters in a round are "active" or "playing" or "on a team" or given in-game dumb nicknames, I'm open to whatever there honestly.

3. Yes, definitely!

3a. Not applicable, since 2 is "yes" :3 Though an alternate suggestion could also be "starter jail" or "Bad Jail" if you want to go that route, without having to interact with anybody or go full autopilot.

Honestly, these are important questions, do not apologize <3
